Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MedMex Bistro. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our order cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation Window:
    • Orders can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 5 minutes of placing the order.
    • For pre-orders or catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 90 minutes before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  2. Cancellation Process:
    • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone at +960 7639228. WhatsApp/Viber is also available for this number.
    • Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation to assist us in processing your request promptly.
  3. Refund Policy:
    • If your cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
    • Refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  4. Late Cancellations:
    • Orders canceled after the designated cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a full refund. The amount of the cancellation fee, if applicable, will be determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Orders placed through third-party delivery services are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service provider. Please refer to their terms and conditions for more information.
  6. Modification Policy:
    • If you need to modify your order instead of canceling it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the stage of preparation of your order.
